We have parking for 2 cars on a private driveway and are ideally situated for visiting Loughborough, Leicester or Nottingham.

A large airy hallway leads to a kitchen diner, downstairs there is also a lounge/diner. Upstairs boasts 5 bedrooms and a master bathroom.

No.1: Master bedroom with a Double bed.
No.2: Double bed and en-suite shower room.
No.3: Double Bed.
No.4: Single Bedroom
No.5: Double bed

Please note that this is a family home in a quiet location, therefore we are unable to accept parties of any kind at this property

Guest Access

The guest(s) will have full access to the house and all its amenities.

Other Things To Note

Please note that the lead guests needs to be at least 25 years of age.

We also ask that guests do not set off any fireworks or confetti bombs.
