The Space

This Apartment is on the ground floor of the house (3 apartments total) so benefits from being quiet and central.
Excellent remote working with a separate desk space and high speed broadband throughout.
Street parking available all around at night and for 2 hours during the day free of charge.

The sleeping arrangements are laid out as follows:
No.1: Super King size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds
No.2: 2 Single beds that can be converted into a supering.
No.3: 1 Double Bed
Double Sofa bed in the Lounge/Snug Room

Guest Access

You’ll have the whole apartment to yourself.
We’re on the main bus route through Loughborough with links to Leicester and East Midlands Airport.

The apartment is also covered by Uber and several good taxi firms.

For car drivers we’re 5 mins to both the M1 motorway and the A6 into Leicester or the A52 to Nottingham
